Pennsylvania has 19 open solar installer roles right now, spanning panel installer, installation crew and rooftop installer careers. Most are around Reading, Mechanicsburg and Dillsburg. The list refreshes daily as employers post.
Hiring now: Green Solar Systems, Paradise Energy Solutions, ReNu Solar & Roofing, Solar States, Trinity Solar
Sources: U.S. Department of Energy USEER (modelled estimates), EIA planned-generator inventory, and pay advertised on open Verde Talent postings (not offers made).
19 right now, from 5 employers. Verde Talent rebuilds this page daily, so closed roles drop off and new postings appear the day after they go up.
Reading (4), Mechanicsburg (3) and Dillsburg (3), counted from the locations on the open postings.
Trinity Solar (9), ReNu Solar & Roofing (4) and Solar States (3), among 5 employers posting. Each posting links straight through to the employer's own application page.
Of the 19 open roles, 17 advertise pay, and their median is $49,920 a year. That is advertised pay rather than offers made, and roles without a published range are not counted.
