These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Verde Talent website ("we," "us," "Verde Talent"). By creating an account, submitting a profile, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Verde Talent is a job board connecting candidates with employers in the renewable energy and climate sector. Candidates can create a free profile and upload a resume; employers can browse listed jobs and, in the future, browse candidate profiles.
Anything you submit through your profile (bio, work history, resume, links, etc.) must be your own, truthful, and not infringe on anyone else's rights. You retain ownership of your content; by submitting it, you give Verde Talent permission to store it and show it to employers according to the visibility settings you choose on your profile.

Job listings are sourced from public postings and participating employers. Verde Talent doesn't guarantee the accuracy of any listing (pay, requirements, or status) and isn't a party to any employment relationship formed between a candidate and employer.
Verde Talent is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. As an early-stage product, features may change, break, or be removed as we build. We'll try to communicate meaningful changes, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verde Talent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including hiring decisions made by employers or missed opportunities.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
