Our story

The clean energy industry is growing faster than almost any other part of the U.S. economy — but the hiring infrastructure for it hasn't caught up. Job seekers with hard-won energy credentials are stuck applying on generic boards built around oil & gas and tech. Employers hiring for solar, wind, storage, and grid roles are stuck posting into the same crowded feeds as every other industry.
Verde Talent fixes that gap — job postings sourced from clean energy employers, organized around the roles and sectors that actually make up this industry, paired with real labor-market data (compensation, hiring trends, fill-difficulty) drawn from our own proprietary data and public sources like the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
We work directly with the companies and candidates on the platform, and we're building toward becoming the default hiring provider for the energy transition.
