**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and review the installation pipeline to schedule site work efficiently with customers, internal teams, and inspectors.
- Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and solutions-focused manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in company databases.
- Partner with internal teams to achieve and exceed monthly installation goals.
- Proactively address and overcome customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Support continuous improvements in scheduling processes and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and text) with a customer-first mindset.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability with strong attention to detail.
- Team-oriented approach with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.
- Previous customer service or scheduling experience is preferred but not required.
