We are looking for anInvestor Relations Managerto join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report toour VP, Investor Relationsand based in San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week.
Role Summary
Reporting to the Vice President, Investor Relations, this role is a core strategic partner to senior leadership, responsible for shaping the company’s engagement with the investment community and providing data-driven insight into investor positioning, competition, market perception, and valuation frameworks.
The role combines analytical rigor and capital markets judgment with execution of the IR program—owning consensus tracking, peer benchmarking, investor targeting, and Street model analysis. The position requires strong market intuition, the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear narratives, and credibility with both internal stakeholders and external investors. Hours start early — you need to be aware of market-moving news before the market opens.
Location
This role is based in San Jose, CA, and Bloom has a 5-day in-office culture. Ability to travel is required.
