Job Summary:

Are you ready to lead complex systems and drive high-impact technological outcomes? As a Senior Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade system software and applications that directly support business objectives. You will combine deep technical expertise with people leadership, ensuring high-quality solutions are implemented efficiently, reliably, and at scale. This role empowers you to shape system architecture, guide teams through complexity, and ensure technology investments translate into measurable operational excellence. You will be accountable for both technical delivery and team performance, overseeing end‑to‑end software development while driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 10+ years of professional experience; or a Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
