The Roofing Service Technician performs on-site inspections and approved repair work for residential roofing service

and warranty concerns. This field-based role is responsible for accurately diagnosing visible roofing issues, completing

quality repairs within assigned scope, documenting findings with clear photos and service notes, maintaining safe work

practices, and escalating conditions that require additional review.

Repair Quality: Perform authorized repairs to Trinity workmanship standards and applicable manufacturer requirements.

Documentation: Submit complete service notes and required before/after photos for every assigned ticket.

Scope Discipline: Follow the assigned scope of work and promptly report conditions requiring additional review or

authorization.

Escalation: Promptly report conditions that cannot be safely or properly resolved within the assigned scope.

Safety: Follow required PPE, ladder, fall-protection, vehicle, and jobsite-safety practices.

Customer Experience: Be professional, clear, respectful, and careful to protect the homeowner’s property while on site.

Core Accountability: Accurate inspection, quality workmanship, complete documentation, proper escalation, and safe

homeowner-facing execution
