The Logistics Procurement Department is a vital part of the Global Procurement team, responsible for establishing and managing strategic partnerships with logistics suppliers across the globe. The department plays a critical role in ensuring that logistics capacity is secured and available to support business needs while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, service, and cost competitiveness.

As a global function, the Logistics Procurement team manages a broad range of logistics categories that enable the efficient movement of materials, components, and equipment throughout the Vestas value chain. These categories include Project Transport, covering vessel chartering, port operations, and road and rail transportation of oversized components, as well as General Freight & Logistics Services, including ocean freight, air freight, overland transportation, express and courier services, warehousing, and customs-related activities.

Additional information

The primary work location for this position is Szczecin (Poland), Warsaw (Poland), Hamburg (Germany) or Aarhus (Denmark).

Up to 25 days of travel per year.
