Founded in 2017,we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have.

Position Summary:

The EHS Manager – Construction directly manages a team of on-site Construction Safety/EHS Specialists across multiple concurrent construction projects within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) group, reporting to the EHS Director. The position translates the EHS Director's program strategy into standardized operational execution across projects, and is accountable for the hiring input, coaching, performance management, and day-to-day supervision of the site EHS Specialists who report to it. This role partners with customers, project GCs, and functional peers at utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) construction projects to ensure client EHS requirements are fully met and to help prevent onsite incidents. The position is responsible for standardizing EHS program implementation, hazard and risk assessment, incident investigation, training and toolbox talks, and ensuring regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA/DOT/state) across the project portfolio while driving a zero-injury program across multiple construction sites, and for reporting program-wide safety performance and risk trends to the EHS Director.

The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
