Business Automation & Enablement connects business needs with technology and helps the business move from manual work to automated and AI-supported workflows.
The team owns the automation direction by identifying opportunities, testing ideas through PoCs and MVPs, and shaping solutions before they are handed over to full development teams. We work with modern automation, AI, data, and cloud platforms to create internal tools for business users.
The team works closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, data teams, and developer teams to make sure automation ideas are practical, valuable, and ready for delivery.

You will work within a collaborative international environment where you will work closely with both business and technology teams. Freedom to experiment, innovate, and validate ideas through Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). We offer a unique role that combines frontend development, business process improvement, and automation to support the transition toward AI-enabled ways of working.
