This position can be located at any ops center location in the St. Petersburg, FL or Orlando, FL metro areas.

**Position Summary**

Are you a hands-on, technically-skilled worker looking for a role in clean energy technology and the opportunity to grow in a developing organization? The role of the Transportation Electrification (TE) Contractor Specialist is to work both independently as well as with internal and vendor personnel to maximize the uptime of Duke Energy’s EV charging assets in the field. The TE Contractor Specialist is a field-based role that completes several site visits per day to triage, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace EV chargers both proactively and in response to outages.

Manage the execution of Customer Delivery work plan in accordance with the distribution construction & maintenance scope & method of payment while maintaining financial stewardship. Ensure the efficient utilization of contractor resources to meet the work plan. This position works to ensure customer and company needs are met while working with internal and external partners.

Monitors contract crew productivity, process and standards adherence, and work request status

Actively participates as a member of site leadership
