The Customer Service Management department ensures running and execution of the Service Contracts and Customer Relationship Management for our Service Contracts customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line customer communication, ensuring execution of the scope of contracts, customer commitments, managing the customer relationship and seeking additional/out of scope services / aftermarket sales
• Organize / represent Vestas in Service Contract customer meetings as required
• Building and maintaining relationships with customer representatives as well as with Vestas Service organization personnel
• Responsibility of working together and communicating effectively with all departments, in order to maintain a good level of interaction with the Field Operations and Technical Planning / Engineering and within the office to quickly inform and advise customers of all service operations, plan changes, delays, cost overruns, safety and environmental issues, etc.
• Transact business, notifications, service orders, quotations etc. on SAP/Salesforce and adjacent systems. Identify and respond to customer time & material additional services, parts sales, aftermarket sales options and upgrades
• Provide first-line support to customers and be the prime interface between customers and Vestas towards handling issues and their resolution as well as all Vestas Service requests
• Own, manage and record all customer issues in a systematic way
• To be commercially aware of the contract's financial performance and requirements, track overdoes/open receivables until resolution, to inform /escalate cost overruns, requests out of scope and transition to new contracts

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate would have a solid (B.Eng./B.Sc.) technical or commercial education with previous experience (at least 3 years) in a customer-facing position for example contracting/sales, customer service or claim handling. Experience in the energy market for example within the power generation or the oil & gas sectors is valuable
• Familiarity with wind turbines or rotating machinery, plant, processes or systems would be also valuable
• You should be thoroughly familiar with Microsoft Office package, Excel, Power Point and SAP

• You should be structured and accurate and possess good communications skills both written and oral and be comfortable communicating with customer's representatives
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build customer-centric attitude across collaborating functions & create sense of accountability towards customer requests
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues across the Vestas Organization
• Pay attention to detail, maintain a professional approach, prioritise your tasks and keep the overview even during hectic periods
• Enjoy working as part of a team, as well as being able to work on your own and have a good sense of humour
• Resilient and able to stay motivated in busy times
• Problem-solving mentality, able to follow through
• Interested and motivated by improvement
• Driving license B and readiness to travel 35%.
• Fluent in local language and in English

Additional information

This is a hybrid position based in Bucharest, Romania and requires 35% of travels per year.
