This role will be responsible to fulfil the duties and responsibilities of a Process Safety Management (PSM) Site Coordinator including governance, oversight, technical leadership, regulatory guidance, strategic planning, coordination, implementation, and overall program management of PSM within a Regulated and Renewable Energy (RRE) generating facility. The PSM Coordinator role will ensure adequate and consistent plans, processes, documentation, and standards are developed, trained, implemented, and exercised to ensure the site(s) maintain compliance with PSM regulation and company policies. The PSM Site Coordinator will accomplish this through collaboration and a close working relationship with site-specific PSM Engineers, RRE PSM Program Managers, station leadership and personnel, and Regional Services. This position will be also responsible for the preparation and maintenance of site PSM program documents, site-level training, and overall site program status updates through monthly metric reporting. This position is also responsible for assisting and participating in the development of fleet-level PSM policies and procedures as well as ensuring an environment of continuous improvement. The PSM Site Coordinator should maintain up-to-date knowledge of Process Safety Management Standard (29 CFR 1910.119) and the Chemical Accident Prevention Plan (40 CFR 68). They are also expected to maintain knowledge of all fleet PSM requirements and ensure site alignment to these requirements and regulations.
