The Project Administrator serves as the administrative and operational hub of the facility, coordinating the people, processes, materials, records, and resources required to keep daily operations running smoothly. This role supports manufacturing and operations leadership by owning many of the administrative, logistical, and coordination responsibilities that enable teams to focus on safe, productive execution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Success in this role comes from identifying needs before they become problems and ensuring the facility, workforce, and operations teams have the resources and support required to execute effectively.

The base pay range for this roleis $51,000 - $68,900. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
