Salary Range: The full pay range for this role is$95,200 - $158,700 annually, and the good faith estimated starting pay for this position upon hire is $105,000 - $115,000 annually. We generally base our salary decisions on factors including but not limited to, relevant work and leadership experience, education, demonstrated performance, internal equity, and in some cases, geographic location.

Scope of Job:

Power Systems Engineer serves as the primary technical specialist for renewable asset operations, providing advanced troubleshooting, performance analysis, and technical leadership to ensure optimal system performance. This role combines deep technical expertise from field engineering, performance engineering with operational oversight to drive asset optimization. The Power Systems Engineer combines real time, remote troubleshooting, analysis and active resolution for Field and OCC teams. The engineer will work closely with all Operational Technology teams, Performance and Reliability Engineering teams, and Field Engineering teams to drive positive business outcomes.

Working Conditions:

85% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 15% of time is spent outside of the office visiting vendors’ and/or internal customers’ sites in additional to attending various conferences and meetings.
