Job Description

Position Overview

As an Associate, Cultural Resources and Tribal Relations, you will assist Invenergy’s cultural resources management and Tribal relations program in support of projects throughout all stages including development, pre-construction planning, construction implementation, and operations. This position serves as a subject matter expert to project teams, as well as external parties, and assists on consultant engagement strategy for cultural resources and Tribal relations-related work to support the responsible development, construction and operation of utility-scale wind, solar, geothermal and thermal energy facilities, and transmission infrastructure, across the US.

This role will coordinate and support multiple internal teams including Development, Engineering, Environmental Compliance & Strategy, Project Management, and Communications. The successful candidate will advise on the application of state and federal historic preservation laws, regulations, and policies, and will be required to ensure coordination with external cultural resources consultants, Tribal Nations, and regulatory agencies on successful compliance and implementation of cultural resources management practices.

Base Pay

$98,000.00 - $118,000.00 USD Annual

Bonus: 20% - 30%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
