GreenSpark Solar is seeking a Site Supervisor (Level I) and Site Superintendent (Levels II & III) to lead the day-to-day field execution of commercial solar construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project plans and quality standards.

Working closely with Project Managers, Design, subcontractors, customers, utilities, inspectors, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), you will coordinate field operations, monitor project progress, resolve jobsite challenges, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.

This position may be filled at one of three levels based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership. Level I employees hold the title of Site Supervisor, while Levels II and III hold the title of Site Superintendent. As employees advance through each level, they assume greater responsibility for project oversight, leadership, project complexity, and independent decision-making.
