Electrical Superintendent I - Wind

SUMMARY

Mortenson is currently seeking an experiencedElectrical Superintendent Ito provide coordination, planning, and supervision to Assistant Electrical Superintendents, contractors, and craft activities in a specific area of discipline. Positive attitude and behavior are necessary as you will interact with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Demonstrating flexibility, resourcefulness, dedication, and efficiency with a high level of integrity and confidentiality will be critical for success.

**The base pay range for this role is $125,600 - $188,400. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.  This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
