We are looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources - Manufacturing to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to our Director, Human Resources and is based in Newark, Delaware.This is a fully on-site, in officerole5 days a week.
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Manager to align people strategies with business objectives. She/he will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing both strategic and operational support across employee relations, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, engagement, and organizational development.
The ideal candidate will operate at a leadership level and serve as a fully integrated member of the management team. This person must balance employee advocacy with business leadership while driving initiatives that support the overall HR strategy, the company’s strategic priorities, and BE’s culture and core values.
