Job Title - Project Coordinator

Position Summary

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating end-to-end project execution across Contract Manufacturers (CMs), suppliers, logistics, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time production and delivery. This role drives schedule adherence, material readiness, capacity planning, shipment prioritization, and cross-functional alignment for multiple manufacturing sites and product platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Coordinate project execution from order release through final shipment.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Track project status and proactively resolve schedule or material risks.
• Support execution across multiple CMs and product platforms.

Production & Scheduling

• Coordinate daily and weekly production meetings with manufacturing partners.
• Monitor production progress and escalate schedule deviations.
• Support Master Production Schedule (MPS) execution and updates.
• Align manufacturing priorities based on customer delivery commitments.

Material Readiness

• Coordinate inbound scheduling for consigned materials.
• Ensure timely availability of batteries, cables, DCPMs, inverters, thermal systems, fire panels, accessories, and other project-specific components.
• Work closely with Procurement and Suppliers to resolve material shortages.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Act as the communication bridge between:
• Manufacturing Partners (ACE VN, TRIPS, SFO, Singamas, Envicool)
• Procurement
• Logistics
• Engineering
• Project Management
• Regional Planning Teams (EMEA & APAC)
• Coordinate issue resolution across multiple stakeholders.

Reporting & Communication

• Maintain project trackers and production dashboards.
• Provide regular status updates on project progress, material readiness, production, and shipments.
• Escalate risks impacting customer delivery timelines.
• Support weekly operational reviews and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, manufacturing, or production planning.
• Experience working with Contract Manufacturers is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
