Zur Verstärkung in den Abteilungen Production Excellence (Continuous Improvement) und HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt am Standort Travemünde eine/n Werkstudent:in (m/w/d).

Dein Schwerpunkt liegt in der Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungspotenzialen entlang des Fertigungsflusses auf Basis von LEAN-Methoden. Dabei trägst Du dazu bei, stabile Prozesse, einen effizienten Materialfluss sowie höchste Standards in Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz sicherzustellen. Du wirst in einem dynamischen Fertigungsumfeld eine Schnittstelle zwischen Mitarbeitenden in der Fertigung, Gruppenleitern, Quality und Produktionsleitung sein. Darüber hinaus ist es möglich, operativ sowie bei strategischen Projekten zu unterstützen und so trägst du zusammen mit Teamleitungen, Spezialist:innen und anderen Stakeholdern zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei.

Aufgaben

• Aufzeigen und Einführung von Verbesserungen, um Verschwendungen aus dem Fertigungsprozess zu reduzieren
• Durchführen von Testreihen
• Sicherstellung von Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards
• Unterstützung und Verbesserung von operativen Prozessen mit Fokus auf Risikominimierung, Compliance und kontinuierliche Verbesserung im HSE Bereich

Qualifikationen

Du bist eingeschriebene/r Bachelor- oder Master Student:in an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule (vorzugsweise aus den Bereichen Ingenieurswissenschaften, Informatik, o.ä.) und hast noch mind. 2 Semester bis zu deiner Abschlussarbeit.

Kompetenzen

• Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen und am analytischen, datengetriebenen Arbeiten
• Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Lernbereitschaft
• Du bist fit im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Outlook und Excel
• Du hast eine Hands-on Mentalität und verfügst über ein hohes Engagement
• Du suchst eine Tätigkeit als Werkstudent:in für ca. 12 - 20 Stunden pro Woche. Die Arbeitszeiten können flexibel an den Studienplan angepasst werden
• LEAN-Vorkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau in Wort und Schrift
