SUMMARY

Mortenson is currently seeking a Finance Compliance Manager—Prevailing Wage and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) to lead a team responsible for the company’s prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance program for applicable construction projects, ensuring accurate pay classification, fringe benefit treatment, certified payroll support, and audit ready documentation in alignment with DavisBacon/DBRA requirements and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) prevailing wage and apprenticeship provisions. This role partners closely with Legal, Payroll, HR, and project teams to reduce compliance risk across union and nonunion work across multiple states in the energy sector.

The base pay range for this role is $118,600 - $178,000. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%). If applicable:This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
